· Bleach concentration calculation – I put some comment down to help downscale your calculation as you will only need few litres of bleach for your operation.
o Note that most household bleach are 5-6% (equivalent to 50,000 – 60,000 ppm).
o If you are looking to obtain 1L of 100-200 ppm chlorine solution, you would need 2-5 mL of bleach in 1L of water. To obtain 125 ppm of bleach solution, you would need 2.5 mL of bleach in 1L of water.
