2026 SCISSOR LIFT OPERATOR CERTIFICATION TRAINING COURSE BC DESCRIPTION Course Length: 105 Minutes Scissor Lifts are excellent tools for increased productivity while conducting work at heights. These platforms help to lift workers and their equipment to heights of greater than 100 feet. GG Health and Safety Consulting is pleased to be delivering a certified scissor lift online training program in BC that is designed to provide elevated work platform operators with a solid foundation in health and safety standards, preventative maintenance and proper procedures for safe operation. This course was developed to comply with the requirements for theory training as outlined in CSA standards B354.7 and B354.8 Our Online Scissor Lift Operator certification training course for BC is a CSA approved course and in full compliance with the 2026 BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulations & Workers Compensation Act. This online scissor lift certification training course BC is a video based training course. Testing conducted in this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to pass this course. The course is able to be taken three times in efforts to achieve the pass mark. Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing. Certification has NO expiry date. 2026 PRACTICAL EVALUATION (B354.7 & B354.8 CSA STANDARDS)
Our man lift, scissor lift, forklift, excavator, telehandler, front end loader, bucket truck and skid steer online courses are CSA standard compliant. Upon successful completion of our mobile equipment online courses, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print immediately. You will receive your complete and full certification after the theory portion of the course. However, in order to finalize your certification as per CSA Standards, a practical evaluation needs to be completed. Once you complete the theory portion of the course, a practical evaluation checklist will be provided to you to download. You will provide this checklist to any supervisor across BC (i.e. your current employer or future employer) and he/she can provide you with the practical evaluation (instructions are provided on how to do so and so is a complete easy to follow checklist). Once the practical portion of the course is completed by your Supervisor - keep the completed and signed evaluation form checklist with you for record keeping. The practical evaluation should take no more than 30 to 35 minutes.
